The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) serve to regulate the legal relationships between the company and its customers. They are an important part of concluding a contract and should therefore be worded carefully. In our Terms and Conditions we set out the conditions for the purchase of goods and services, including prices, payment terms and delivery terms. In addition, we inform our customers about their cancellation and return conditions as well as their data protection rights. Our terms and conditions have been legally checked and comply with the applicable legal provisions.
